- Minimum 10th/12th pass or ITI preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use hand tools carefully.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble battery packs as per SOP.
- Sort and inspect battery cells.
- Perform insulation, taping, wrapping, and pack finishing.
- Assist in battery pack testing and packaging.
- Handle materials and maintain inventory.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow safety and quality standards.
- Support production and other assembly-related tasks as assigned.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
