Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Data Analyst – Automation & ETL to support data integration, workflow automation, reporting, and operational analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Python, Excel automation, ETL workflows, and data reconciliation, along with hands-on experience in automation technologies such as Power Automate Desktop, Selenium, or Playwright.

This role involves developing automated data pipelines, performing financial and operational data validation, supporting reporting dashboards, and integrating data from multiple systems including databases, APIs, CSV/Excel files, and ERP platforms such as SAP Business One (SAP B1).

The candidate should possess a strong problem-solving mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data transformations.
- Build and support Python-based ETL, automation, and data processing workflows.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation across multiple systems.
- Create automation solutions using:
- Power Automate Desktop
- Selenium or Playwright
- Excel VBA Macros
- Automate operational and reporting workflows involving CSV, Excel, APIs, and database systems.
- Develop web scraping and browser automation solutions for extracting transactional and financial data from merchant processor portals into SAP B1.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports.
- Support integration activities between enterprise applications, ERP systems,



and databases.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve ETL and automation jobs for performance and reliability.
- Maintain audit logs, operational documentation, and process workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Support data governance, data quality, and reconciliation initiatives.
- Assist in dashboarding, reporting, and analytics initiatives to support data-driven decision-making.
