- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
- Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and manage the joining process.
- Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment reports, ATS/database, and hiring metrics.
- Participate in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
