Electrical & Automation Engineer – Key Responsibilities

- Electrical Panel Installation & Termination
- Install, assemble, wire, and terminate electrical control panels in accordance with approved electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and industry standards.
- Ensure proper cable routing, labeling, ferruling, and adherence to electrical safety practices during installation.
- PLC Hardware Installation & Troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PLC hardware, including CPU modules, digital and analog I/O modules, communication modules, power supplies, and related control components.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime and ensure reliable machine operation.
- Process Instrumentation
- Install, calibrate, and maintain process instrumentation such as sensors, transmitters, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, level sensors, and control devices.
- Interpret instrument specifications and ensure proper integration with PLC and automation systems.
- Automation Panel Installation & Commissioning
- Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up of automation panels and machine control systems at manufacturing sites and customer locations.
- Perform I/O checks, loop testing, functional testing, and ensure smooth commissioning of automation equipment.
- Electrical Wiring, Soldering & Harnessing
- Perform soldering of electronic components, cable termination, wire wrapping, harness preparation, crimping, ferruling, and cable dressing as per quality standards.
- Ensure neat, reliable, and durable wiring practices for industrial automation equipment.
- Industrial Transducers & Flow Meter Systems




- Possess sound knowledge of various industrial transducers, sensors, and flow meters, including their operating principles, installation methods, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate field instruments with PLC and control systems for accurate process monitoring and control.
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical and automation equipment to maximize machine availability.
- Diagnose faults, replace defective components, perform field modifications, and maintain maintenance records in accordance with company procedures.
- CNC Control System Knowledge
- Understand the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC control systems and associated electrical components.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, parameter setting, and fault diagnosis of CNC-based machines to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Documentation & Technical Compliance
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, GA drawings, panel layouts, and technical manuals.
- Maintain installation, commissioning, and service documentation while ensuring compliance with company quality and safety standards.
- Safety & Quality Compliance
- Follow all electrical safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company quality standards during installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure secure work practices while handling live equipment, electrical panels, and industrial machinery.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
