Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and executing both residential and commercial projects, with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings.

* Handle residential and commercial project planning and execution.

* Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.

* Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards.

* Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.

* Prepare presentations, BOQs,



and project documentation.

* Collaborate with interior designers and engineers for seamless project execution..

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office.

* Good understanding of construction methods and architectural standards.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Fluent in English

* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Exposure to end-to-end project execution.
