We are seeking a highly skilled Specialty Coffee & Drinks Professional/ Barista who brings passion, precision, and creativity to every cup. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in specialty coffee brewing, signature beverages, and contemporary drink techniques, while consistently delivering a premium guest experience.

Specialty Coffee Excellence

- Prepare espresso-based beverages with precision—dialing-in grind size, extraction time, and yield.

- Perform milk texturing and latte art (basic to advanced preferred).

- Understand and explain coffee origins, roast profiles, and tasting notes to guests.

- Strong technical knowledge of coffee extraction, brewing ratios, and sensory evaluation.

Signature Drinks & Beverage Craft

- Prepare specialty teas, mocktails, iced beverages, and seasonal signature drinks.

- Follow and contribute to standardize recipes, ensuring consistency across service.

- Assist in beverage R&D;, tastings, and menu innovation.

- Knowledge of flavor pairing,



syrups, botanicals, and infusion techniques.

Operations & Hygiene

- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines.

- Daily cleaning, calibration, and basic maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, and bar tools.

- Manage mise-en-place, inventory, and wastage control for the beverage section.

- Follow opening, closing, and shift handover SOPs.

Guest Experience

- Engage with guests confidently, recommend beverages, and create a welcoming café atmosphere.

- Handle orders efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality.

- Address guest feedback professionally to enhance brand experience.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
