Job Title: Solar Technician

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Thoothukudi

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, inspect, and maintain rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar power plants.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and communication faults in solar systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of solar panels, inverters, junction boxes, transformers, and switchgear.
- Monitor plant performance using SCADA or remote monitoring systems and identify performance issues.
- Ensure maximum plant availability and optimize energy generation.
- Test electrical components using multimeters, insulation testers, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Replace faulty modules, cables, fuses, connectors,



and other system components as required.
- Carry out inverter commissioning, troubleshooting, and firmware updates.
