Position: Talent Acquisition Partner (Individual Contributor)

Location: Coimbatore (Hybrid)

Supporting: Cybersecurity NxxT Pvt. Ltd., - Paramount Computer Systems Group

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment across Paramount's technology and cybersecurity business units. The role requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive timely closures while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for cybersecurity and technology roles.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.




- Ensure regular communication and engagement with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and ATS records.
- Handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while meeting closure timelines.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of cybersecurity hiring experience.
- Exposure to GCC hiring is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent candidate engagement and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is mandatory.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment.
