- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Microsoft Azure Data Services, Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
- Experience in designing scalable data pipelines and managing large datasets within cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and orchestration techniques.
- Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex data workflows.
- Familiarity with collaborative development practices and version control systems.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
