Roles & Responsibilities

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

* Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.

* Schedule interviews with hiring managers.

* Coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

* Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.

* Verify candidate documents and maintain employee records.

* Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.

* Maintain daily recruitment reports and HR MIS.

* Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

* Ensure a smooth onboarding and orientation process for new employees.

* Support HR operations and other administrative activities as required.

Requirements





* Bachelor's Degree (MBA in HR preferred).

* Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.

* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

* Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.

* Prior recruitment/HR experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
