We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented HR Placement Coordinator to join our growing team in Velachery, Chennai! Key Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing: Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for various job roles using job portals, social media, and databases.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage the placement pipeline, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Relationship Management: Maintain accurate candidate databases and act as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates.
- Target Achievement: Drive company growth by actively meeting monthly placement targets.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1+ years of experience
- Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Attitude: A "go-getter" mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and multitasking.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, or customer service is a plus.
- Location: Must be a resident of Chennai or able to reliably commute daily to our office in Velachery.
