Job Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled L2 Infrastructure & Deployment Support Engineer to support enterprise banking and financial application deployments across secure Datacenter (DC), Disaster Recovery (DR), UAT, and Production environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in infrastructure deployment, application support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination with infrastructure, database, network, and security teams in enterprise environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Deployment & Support

- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain applications across UAT, Production, and DR environments
- Support Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server environments
- Deploy and manage Nginx, Apache, IIS, Node.js, PM2, and Redis
- Configure and validate reverse proxies, SSL/TLS certificates, DNS, VPN connectivity, firewall rules, and load balancers
- Support VMware and Nutanix-based virtualization environments
- Perform infrastructure validation, server hardening, and deployment readiness checks
- Coordinate deployment activities across multiple enterprise environments

Database Support

- Perform Oracle database connectivity validation and first-level troubleshooting
- Validate Oracle Listener, TNS configurations, database service availability, and schema connectivity
- Coordinate with DBA teams for user creation, tablespaces, schemas, and database configuration
- Monitor backup validation and storage mount availability
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL

Networking & Security Support

- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, ACL,



firewall, proxy, and port connectivity issues
- Coordinate privileged access workflows through PAM/Bastion environments
- Support dependency connectivity validation and URL whitelisting
- Participate in VAPT coordination and remediation tracking
- Support OS patching, dependency updates, and security compliance validation

Monitoring & Operational Support

- Monitor CPU, memory, disk, network, application, and database services
- Perform daily health checks and infrastructure monitoring
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot environment-level issues
- Raise and track incidents through ITSM/ticketing systems
- Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams and coordinate resolution
- Support deployment validation, rollback planning, and production stabilization

Application & Integration Support

- Support deployment and validation of APIs and enterprise integrations
- Validate APIs using Postman and cURL
- Support integrations involving SFTP, Email/SMS gateways, WhatsApp gateways, CBS, DMS, and security endpoints
- Assist in patch deployments, release implementation, and configuration validation
- Support UAT-to-Production transitions, DR drills, and failover testing

Documentation & Governance

- Prepare and maintain SOPs, deployment documents, installation guides, configuration sheets, incident reports, and status reports
- Maintain audit-ready implementation and deployment records




- Track CR/SR/ticket workflows and implementation dependencies
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, network, security, and application teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related technical discipline.

Work Environment

- Full-time onsite role in Mumbai
- Support during deployment windows, patch activities, DR drills, and production releases
- Weekend or extended-hour support when required
- Client-facing enterprise implementation environment

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
