Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced MEP / Electrical Supervisor to manage maintenance operations for a school facility. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted functioning of electrical and MEP systems, maintaining safety standards, and supporting a safe and comfortable learning environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily maintenance of electrical and MEP systems within the school campus.
- Ensure proper functioning of lighting, power distribution, panels, DG sets, UPS, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- Attend and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns promptly.
- Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and compliance logs.
- Ensure all systems comply with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with school administration for maintenance planning and emergency needs.
- Monitor energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements.




- Ensure minimal disruption to school activities during maintenance work.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP/Electrical maintenance (preferably in schools, hospitals, or institutional facilities).
- Mandatory valid C Licence.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, DG, UPS, HVAC, and building maintenance.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Good supervisory and team handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in institutional or campus maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety norms, fire systems, and emergency response procedures.
- Valuable communication skills and ability to coordinate with non-technical staff.
- Proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
