We are looking for a mature, responsible, and process-driven Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, ownership mindset, and the potential to grow into a future leadership role.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations / Coordination role
- Strong understanding of systems, reporting, and structured workflows
- Excellent follow-up and execution skills
- Good communication and interdepartmental coordination abilities
- Problem-solving attitude with strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn, improve processes, and grow professionally
- Leadership qualities and managerial potential preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily operational activities efficiently




- Manage execution timelines and regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
- Maintain reports, records, and MIS data
- Support process improvements and operational discipline
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
