We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to assist in architectural design, drawings, and project coordination. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The candidate will work closely with senior architects and contribute to residential and interior design projects.

Junior architects typically assist senior architects in preparing designs, drawings, and construction documentation while participating in site visits and project coordination.

Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using design software
- Support senior architects in design development and documentation
- Participate in site visits and assist with project supervision




- Prepare presentation drawings and design proposals
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and project requirements

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Architecture/Interior Designing
- Freshers can apply
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software
- Robust design sense and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be a resident/citizen of Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
