Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to manage patient interactions and ensure a smooth, skilled front office experience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting and strong patient-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist patients in a professional manner
- Handle appointments, follow-ups, and scheduling coordination
- Manage patient registration and documentation
- Attend phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and direct walk-ins
- Coordinate with doctors and internal departments
- Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting time




- Handle patient queries and resolve concerns efficiently
- Maintain daily reports and front office records
- Support billing coordination when required

Requirements:

- 0-2 years experience in Hospital / Clinic / Healthcare industry
- Any Degree or Hospital Administration qualification
- Strong communication skills
- Good computer knowledge
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and confidence
