Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Explain product or service features, perks, and pricing.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or previous conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 0–5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related role.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
