Responsibilities:

- Becoming an expert on travel experiences around the world

- Act as a travel consultant to consumers and sell most fascinating trips (no cold calls).

- Handling incoming queries across different channels like email, phone, whatsapp & social media

- Booking hotels, taxi, flights, and assisting customers on visa documentation

- Handle end to end responsibility of customer onboarding experience

- Working in coordination with the Operations & Marketing team

- Playing a critical part in achieving organisation’s revenue goals

Requirement:

- Any graduate/post-graduate with minimum 1-2 year experience in a travel company.

- Prior experience of international travel operations/sales

- Basic knowledge of ticketing and visa

- Passion to pursue a career in travel.

- Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events

- Open to work in a rapid paced startup
