The Impact You'll Make

You will play a key role in strengthening finance and compliance foundations at Danfoss by ensuring our SAP FICO and GRC solutions enable accurate reporting, robust controls, and scalable global operations. Your work will directly support business decisions, regulatory compliance, and financial transparency across regions.

You will contribute to Danfoss’ ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation , helping simplify processes, improve data quality, and enable digital innovation. By combining finance expertise with technology, you will help drive smarter, more efficient ways of working.

In this role, you will also shape how we manage risk and access through SAP GRC, helping protect business integrity while enabling a seamless user experience for our global teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Design and configure SAP FICO solutions to support accurate financial processing and streamlined business operations
- Analyze and resolve system issues to maintain stable, compliant, and high-performing SAP finance environments
- Support SAP GRC access and controls to reduce risk and strengthen audit readiness and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions that improve end-to-end business performance
- Contribute to SAP transformation initiatives to enable digitalization, automation, and continuous process improvement

What We're Looking For





- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling) and core finance processes
- Working knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control and segregation of duties (SoD) principles
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA finance concepts and cross-functional integration (e.g., MM, SD, PP)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver enhancements in SAP environments
- Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills
