Responsibilities:-

Floor supervision: Direct daily workflow of mechanics and technicians.

- Task allocation: Assign repairs based on skill levels and bay availability.
- Staff training: Mentor team members on OEM standards and safety protocols.

Quality Control and Operations

- Quality checks: Inspect completed repairs and conduct test drives.
- Reduce downtime: Monitor turnaround times to speed up vehicle delivery.
- Resource management: Track tools, equipment calibration, and parts inventory.

Customer and Commercial Support

- Resolve complaints: Handle escalated client issues regarding delays or billing.
- Warranty processing: Oversee insurance claims and warranty documentation.

Pay: ₹25,862.76 - ₹35,415.47 per month
