Primary & Activity Teacher (Drawing | Music | Sports)
Location: Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and child-friendly educator who can contribute to both academic and co-curricular development. This role combines primary teaching with activity-based learning, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy working with children and helping them grow through creativity, expression, movement, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Teaching Support

- Teach and support primary-grade students in a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Assist in lesson planning, classroom management, and student development activities.
- Encourage participation, curiosity, creativity, and confidence among students.
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents and school management.

Drawing & Creative Arts

- Conduct drawing, sketching, coloring, and craft activities.
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and artistic expression.
- Organize art projects, competitions, exhibitions, and activity days.
- Support students in developing fine motor and creative skills.

Music & Performing Arts

- Conduct basic music, rhythm, singing, and performance-based activities.
- Prepare students for school functions, celebrations, and cultural events.
- Encourage confidence, teamwork, and self-expression through music and performance.

Sports & Physical Activities

- Organize age-appropriate sports and physical fitness activities.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and healthy habits.
- Conduct recreational games, physical exercises, and activity sessions.
- Assist in planning annual sports events and inter-school activities.

Student Engagement & Development

- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.




- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Participate actively in school events, celebrations, and extracurricular programs.
- Support the overall emotional, social, and academic development of children.

Skills & QualificationsMandatory Requirements

- Graduate in Education, Arts, Physical Education, Music, or a related field.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Creative, energetic, and student-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Ed., D.Ed., Montessori, ECCEd, or relevant teaching certification.
- Experience teaching primary students.
- Exposure to drawing, music, dance, sports, or activity-based learning programs.
- Experience organizing school events, competitions, or extracurricular activities.
