Spare Parts Assistant
Location: SS Hyundai, Pathanamthitta

About the Role

SS Hyundai is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Spare Parts Assistant to support our Parts Department. The ideal candidate should be organized, computer-savvy, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory while ensuring timely parts availability for workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and store spare parts systematically.
- Issue spare parts to the workshop and counter as per requirements.
- Maintain stock records and update inventory in the system.
- Assist in stock verification and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with the Service team to ensure parts availability.
- Identify and label spare parts accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spare parts store.
- Report stock shortages or discrepancies to the Parts Manager.

Requirements

- Diploma/Graduate (any discipline preferred).




- 1–2 years of experience in automobile spare parts or inventory management preferred.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and inventory software.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
