Job Title: Field Sales Executive – UPVC Doors & Windows

Location: Attibele, Bangalore

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Incentives + TA/DA

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell UPVC doors and windows in Bangalore and nearby areas. The ideal candidate should be experienced in field sales and capable of generating business through builders, architects, contractors, dealers, fabricators, and direct customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop current business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Visit builders, architects, contractors, dealers, and construction sites regularly.

Generate enquiries and convert leads into sales.

Promote UPVC doors and windows for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up with customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Coordinate with internal teams for measurements, production, and installation.





Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.

Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily visit reports.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years in Field Sales.

Experience in UPVC, Aluminium, Building Materials, Construction Products, Hardware, Glass, Plywood, Paints, or related industries is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Knowledge of English, Hindi, or Tamil is an added advantage.

Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

Willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Background

Candidates from UPVC Windows & Doors, Building Materials, Construction, Hardware, Aluminium, Glass, Sanitaryware, Cement, Paints, or Interior Products industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
