Role Description & Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Product Design with knowledge of design software and innovation processes.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and an innovative mindset.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication parts, casting & machining processes.




- Experience in the automotive or agricultural equipment industry is a strong advantage.

Experience:

- Sr. NPD/VD Engineer: 5+ years
- Jr. NPD/VD Engineer: 2– years
