The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in achieving dealership sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and leading the sales team. The role involves supervising daily sales activities, coaching sales consultants, monitoring lead conversion, ensuring adherence to dealership processes, and contributing to business growth and profitability.

- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Drive retail sales by generating and converting sales leads.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement by individual Sales Consultants.
- Support the execution of dealership sales campaigns, promotional activities, and OEM initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities through corporate sales, fleet sales, referrals,



and local market development.
- Ensure maximum conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings and vehicle deliveries.
- Supervise and guide Sales Consultants in daily sales activities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Assist in training and developing new sales team members.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and adherence to dealership standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
