- Visit customers at their residence or business premises for loan recovery follow-up.
- Explain outstanding loan dues and available repayment options.
- Negotiate and encourage timely repayments or settlement of overdue accounts.
- Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers.
- Update daily field visit reports, customer feedback, and collection status.
- Coordinate with bank officials regarding account status and recovery progress.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and bank recovery procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information
Pay: ₹8,851.23 - ₹27,421.32 per month
