Role Overview

- Department: Inside Sales & Business Development
- Employment Type: Full time
- Target Segments: Direct Homeowners (B2C/D2C) AND Channel Partners (Architects, Interior Designers, Premium Builders)
- Primary Objective: Convert inbound consumer leads and outbound professional prospects into qualified experiential demos or on-site consultations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties A. Consumer & Inbound Lead Management (Direct-to-Consumer)

- Rapid Response: Immediately contact warm leads generated via digital marketing (Meta ads, Google, Website, YouTube).
- Consultative Discovery: Educate homeowners on smart automation concepts (touch panels, voice controls, smart security, retrofit options) by understanding their specific layout (villas, apartments, renovations).
- Package Pitching: Introduce standardized smart starter kits or customized automation ideas based on consumer lifestyle preferences.

B. Channel Partner Outbound Prospecting (B2B)

- Architect & Designer Mapping: Cold/warm call architectural firms and interior design studios to introduce the company’s partner commission and integration programs.
- Database Management: Reach out to premium property registries, villa buyers, and civil contractors to position the company as their primary automation partner.

C. Appointment Scheduling & CRM Discipline

- Demo Center Bookings: Persuade prospects to visit the Experience Center/Showroom for a live touch-and-feel demonstration.
- Field Sales Alignment: Schedule precise on-site inspection appointments for field Sales Executives, ensuring zero calendar overlaps.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of call disposition, client timelines, and budget buckets inside the CRM platform (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience:



1.5 to 4 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer relationship management.
- Industry Preference : Direct experience in Decorative Lighting showrooms, Interior Design studios, Luxury Real Estate, Modular Kitchens, or premium home decor. Communication: Exceptional verbal communication with an elite telephone etiquette. Must speak fluently in English and the prevailing regional language.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to grasp and explain basic technical features (e.g., wireless protocols like Zigbee vs. wired systems, smart lighting dimming) in simple consumer language.
- Aesthetic Understanding: Ability to understand luxury home terminology (e.g., false ceilings, ambient lighting, architectural layouts, automation integration).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of telecalling or inside sales experience.
- Prior experience in real estate, luxury goods, or home appliances is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Basic understanding of smart home technology and consumer IoT.
- Competency in using CRM software and spreadsheets. 1]
