Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interactive, hands-on sessions in STEM and innovation modules (Robotics, Coding, IoT, AI, Design Thinking, etc.).
- Mentor students in project-based learning, innovation challenges, and competitions.
- Set up, manage, and maintain makerspace lab equipment, kits, and materials.
- Adapt lesson delivery to different student age groups (Grades 3–10).
- Collaborate with the central content and training team to enhance curriculum and pedagogy.
- Support school-level exhibitions, showcases, and innovation fairs.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning workplace for all students.
- Conduct student assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and schools.
- Coordinate with school administration to plan and schedule training sessions effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions, attendance, and student progress.
- Be willing to travel across different cities and states (Pan India) for training programs, workshops, and school projects.

Requirements:

- Education: B.Tech / B.Sc (STEM fields) / B.Ed / M.Sc / Diploma in a relevant technical or educational domain.
- Experience: 1–3 years of teaching or training experience in STEM / Robotics / Coding / Science / Engineering domains.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.




- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging classroom activities.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with microcontrollers (Arduino, EV3, ESP), sensors, and basic programming.
- A genuine passion for mentoring school students and promoting creative problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel for school programs and projects across India.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

- Experience with project-based learning or makerspaces.
- Familiarity with coding platforms (Scratch, Python, Arduino IDE, MIT App Inventor, etc.).
- Knowledge of 3D printing, basic electronics, or design tools (Tinkercad, Fusion 360).
- Prior experience in CBSE / IB school environments.
