Job Description

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ophthalmology and operating theatre settings.
- Assist surgeons during ophthalmic procedures, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions before, during, and after surgery, providing appropriate emergency support if required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, including patient records and surgical notes.
- Educate patients and their families on postoperative care and eye health management.
- Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and effective operations within the OT.
- Uphold high standards of infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Participate in the preparation and maintenance of the OT environment, ensuring it meets the necessary regulatory and safety standards.

Bsc Nursing,GNM

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
