Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior International Travel Consultant to manage and coordinate international travel arrangements for leisure, corporate, group, and customized holiday travelers. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of global destinations, visa procedures, international flight bookings, and travel regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Design and sell customized international holiday packages.

Handle international flight, hotel, cruise, transfer, travel insurance, and sightseeing bookings.

Assist clients with visa documentation, application processes, and travel requirements.

Create detailed travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets.

Manage FIT (Free Independent Traveler), group tours, honeymoon, family, and corporate travel bookings.

Coordinate with international suppliers, DMCs, airlines, hotels, and tourism boards.

Provide destination expertise, travel advisories, and entry requirements.

Handle booking amendments, cancellations, refunds, and customer support.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.

Stay updated on international travel trends, airline policies,



and visa regulations.

Guide and support junior travel consultants when required.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in international travel consulting.

Robust knowledge of international destinations including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Dubai, Europe, Maldives, Vietnam, and other global destinations.

Experience in international package creation and itinerary planning.

Knowledge of visa processing and travel documentation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Ability to handle high-value clients and complex travel requirements.
