Job Description:

Hybrid Space Design is looking for creative and passionate Architects and Interior Designers to join our team for residential interior projects. Candidates should have knowledge of space planning, design concepts, material selection, and site coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare design concepts and drawings
- Coordinate with clients and execution teams
- Handle residential interior project planning and execution
- Visit project sites when required

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
- Relevant experience in residential interior projects
- Good communication and coordination skills

For Architects: (for residential interiors only)

Portfolio required from Architects: (Must have portfolio)

1.⁠ ⁠Design concept and mood boards documents

2.⁠ ⁠Working drawings for:

1. False Ceiling

2. Ceiling Electricals

3. RCP (reflected Ceiling Plan)

4. Wall Electricals

5. Looping

6. Carpentry woodwork (We don’t do factory modular woodwork so all drawings should be in feet inches and as per on site customization)

7. Partition/Fabrication

8. Materials selections documents like upholstery, glass, paint colours/textures,



light fixtures etc.

For Interior Designers: (for residential interiors only)

Portfolio required from Interior Designers:
