Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, billing, budgeting, and cost control for construction projects. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project costing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings using industry-standard methods.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Conduct rate analysis and prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare client and subcontractor bills and verify contractor invoices.
- Monitor project costs and support budget control activities.
- Assist in tendering, bid evaluation, and procurement.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, architects, and consultants.
- Track material consumption and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare measurement sheets, variation claims, and final account statements.




- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Quantity Surveying Training Completion Certificate / Diploma From Renowned Institutes Like NICMAR , BHADANIS QS INSTITUTE, RICS ETC.
- 2–8 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; familiarity with estimation/QS software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of IS Codes, construction practices, and quantity measurement standards.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of billing, tendering, contracts, and cost management.

Pay: ₹30,500.00 - ₹60,500.00 per month
