*Key Responsibilities - End to End Recruitment Support*
As a *Recruitment Intern*, you will support HR in the full hiring cycle:

1. *Sourcing & Screening*

- Post JDs on Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, Job Portals & Social Media
- Source candidates for Sales, Digital Marketing, and Tech roles
- Screen resumes and do initial telephonic screening

2. *Candidate Engagement*

- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates & hiring managers
- Regular follow-ups with candidates till onboarding

3. *Hiring Support*

- Assist in interview process, documentation, and offer release
- Support onboarding process and collect required documents

4. *Database & Reporting*

- Maintain recruitment tracker, ATS,



and daily reports in Google Sheets
- Build talent pipeline for future requirements

5. *Employer Branding*

- Help in posting hiring updates on LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp groups

*Skills Required*

1. Good communication skills in English + Hindi. Telugu is a plus

2. Confident in calling and speaking with candidates

3. Basic knowledge of job portals - Naukri, LinkedIn

4. Proficient in Google Sheets, MS Office

5. Target-driven, quick learner, and responsible

6. Must have Laptop, Smartphone, and Reliable Internet
