We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, and booking product demonstrations for our Account Executives. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify outbound leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand customer pain points and position our Learning Management System (LMS) effectively.
- Schedule product demo meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and meeting targets.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident in making outbound cold calls.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
