Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Debt Recovery Agent who is fluent in Kannada. The role involves communicating with customers to ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact customers via phone, email, or messaging to recover outstanding payments.
- Communicate clearly in Kannada to explain dues and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Handle disputes and escalate cases when necessary.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers while ensuring recovery goals are achieved.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Kannada (mandatory).
- Robust negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle challenging conversations professionally.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage).
