SALES ASSOCIATE – SOUTH (RFID FOR JEWELLERY)

Job Discription-

- Develop and execute the annual and quarterly go-to-market plan to reach the business results and desired leadership position in our target verticals.
- Examine growth opportunities, enable sales improvements, and take responsibility for the performance against targets.
- Implement sales strategies that further the company’s agenda and drive enhanced revenue generation for the business. Should be capable of managing the region assigned to him to ensure proper sales.
- Responsible for achieving the client or targets of their specified region. Understand the client's requirements.
- Build strong relationships with the clients and external partners. Intimate contacts with local business associations. Willing to travel extensively throughout the south region

Skills and Technical Requirements:

- A proven track record using Solution Selling to effectively develop and close business is a must. Demonstrated sales and general managerial values – ranging from a strong sense of ethics,



sales performance, business integration (direct sales, channel sales, services, etc). Possess formal sales training in solution selling and/or value. Good networking capabilities and presentation skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, robust communication skills and the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues across a global organization.
- Inspirational leadership - can articulate a clear vision and set the overall strategy and goals for the business. Strategic thinker with skills to execute at the tactical level.

- Qualifications and Education Requirements - Any Graduate degree (with MBA preferred) Overall Sales Experience of 2+ years in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment Any experience or association with the gems and jewellery vertical will be a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
