Job Description – Food Technologist (New Product Development)

Experience: 5–6 Years
Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field
Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end current product development from concept to commercialization.

● Develop and optimize product formulations based on objectives.

● Conduct lab trials, production, and product validations and optimize manufacturing processes, SOPs, and process parameters.

● Scale up products from R&D; to manufacturing and support production during commercialization.

● Evaluate ingredients, packaging materials, and processing technologies.

● Prepare product specifications, technical documentation, and trial reports.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.

Skills & Competencies:

● Product formulation and commercialization

● Process scale-up and manufacturing operations





● Ingredient functionality and process optimization

● Quality systems (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP)

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

● Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration

● Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

● Project management and stakeholder coordination

● Experience in production scale-up, and commercial launches is preferred.

● Candidates with successful product launch experience in the FMCG food industry.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
