Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Air Ticketing Executive to handle domestic and international flight bookings, ticketing operations, and customer support. The role requires robust knowledge of GDS systems and the ability to manage end-to-end ticketing processes efficiently.

Requirements

* Minimum 0-1 year of experience in air ticketing

* Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo)

* Strong knowledge of fare rules, ticketing, and airline procedures

* Good communication, Interpersonal and customer handling skills

* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings.

Preferred Qualifications

* IATA/UFTAA certification or relevant travel diploma

* Experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing environment

* Knowledge of visa basics and travel documentation (added advantage).

Key Responsibilities

* Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds





* Provide fare quotations and best travel options for clients

* Work on GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo) for ticketing operations

* Manage last-minute bookings and urgent travel requirements

* Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for reservations and issue resolution

* Maintain accurate booking records and documentation

* Assist customers with travel queries and itinerary planning

* Ensure quick turnaround time and high customer satisfaction
