About the Role:
We run an online weight-loss coaching program and are hiring an energetic Dance-Fitness Instructor to lead live virtual dance workout sessions for our clients. Because our client base primarily speaks Malayalam, spoken fluency in Malayalam is required to communicate instructions and motivation effectively during sessions.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct live online group dance-fitness sessions
- Design high-energy, beginner-friendly choreography focused on calorie burning
- Keep sessions inspiring and easy to follow for all fitness levels
- Monitor client engagement and adjust intensity accordingly
- Communicate clearly with Malayalam-speaking clients throughout sessions
- Maintain a stable technical setup (lighting, camera framing,



adequate space)

Requirements:

- Spoken fluency in Malayalam (required for client communication)
- Prior experience teaching dance or dance-fitness classes
- Ability to create beginner-friendly, high-energy routines
- Reliable internet connection and enough space to move safely on camera
- Strong, motivating communication style
