We are looking for a Senior Accountant with more than 5 years of accounting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, TallyPrime, payroll processing, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Process employee payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and payslip generation.
- Add and maintain beneficiary details for vendors and employees to facilitate payments.
- Record company expenses, purchase bills, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Generate and record sales invoices and monitor customer receivables.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries using TallyPrime.
- Handle bank transactions, vendor payments, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory tax records, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports,



including Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant.
- Proficiency in TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, payroll processing, and bank reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
