Pioneer Motors is an authorised Bajaj Two-Wheeler dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer service and a seamless vehicle buying experience. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Advisors to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain the features, specifications, and benefits of Bajaj motorcycles and scooters.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate current leads through walk-ins, telecalling, digital enquiries, and field activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers until the sale is closed.
- Assist customers with finance, insurance, exchange, and registration processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.




- Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the delivery and service teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Plus Two (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in automobile sales or retail sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
