Job Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Executive, you will:

- Visit hotels, restaurants, cafés, hospitals, schools, offices, apartments, retail stores, and other commercial customers.
- Introduce and demonstrate Cleanova products.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Take customer orders and coordinate with the company for delivery.
- Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Submit a daily sales report.
- Represent the Cleanova brand professionally at all times.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, or English.
- Confident personality and positive attitude.
- Ability to travel within Ahmedabad.
- Smartphone with WhatsApp.
- Own two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory).
- Previous sales experience is a plus,



but motivated freshers are welcome.

Working Hours

- Flexible Working Hours
- No office attendance required.
- Work according to your schedule while achieving daily sales targets.

Daily Performance Targets

- Visit 20–25 customers
- Conduct 8–10 product demonstrations
- Generate at least 5 qualified leads
- Close 2 or more orders
- Submit a daily sales report

CompensationCommission Structure

- 10% commission on monthly sales up to ₹50,000
- 12% commission on monthly sales between ₹50,001 and ₹1,00,000
- 15% commission on monthly sales above ₹1,00,000

Commission is paid after customer payments are received.
