We are seeking a agile and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Specialist to grow our online sales channels within the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of scaling sales across major e-commerce platforms and brand-owned websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth across leading marketplaces such as Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, and the company’s own e-commerce website

Develop and implement strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and conversion rates

Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination across platforms

Mentor, train, and retain team members to ensure consistent performance and growth

Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to align business goals

Requirements:

Proven experience in e-commerce sales within a fashion or apparel company

Strong track record of growing sales on major online marketplaces





Hands-on experience with marketplace management tools and analytics

Leadership experience with the ability to recruit, mentor, and manage teams

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
