Medigence is India's leading healthcare consulting firm, working across NABH/NABL/JCI accreditation, hospital planning & design, and clinical trials/site management. We're now expanding into healthcare technology and other verticals and building the team that will help us tell that story.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for an energetic, analytical Digital Marketing Executive to take full ownership of our social media strategy — someone who reads data as naturally as they design a creative, and who can move fast with AI and new marketing tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own Medigence's (all verticals) social media strategy end-to-end — planning, execution, and growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Create and design engaging digital content, from concept to finished creative
- Plan and run SEO and paid digital campaigns
- Generate leads through online marketing channels
- Track campaign performance and analytics; adjust strategy based on what the data shows, not just instinct
- Bring multiple perspectives into content — a doctor's, a hospital administrator's, a patient's, healthcare vendor’s— so messaging lands with each audience




- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams across all verticals
- Stay current with AI tools and new marketing technologies, and fold them into everyday workflow
- Support marketing efforts as Medigence expands into new verticals

REQUIREMENTS

Must-have:

- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing / social media management
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading campaign data and analytics tools
- Hands-on design ability (Canva, Heygen, Runway, Claude, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Proven experience managing social media accounts end-to-end
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Good to have:

- Comfort using AI tools for content and design (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.)
- Healthcare or consulting industry exposure
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM
