Job Title: CRM Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and service requests.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer data.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of CRM or customer service experience.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹9,662.08 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
