Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to manage and oversee all financial, accounting, and compliance functions for our construction & infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and supporting management in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Statutory Compliance & Taxation  Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.  Handle tax filings, assessments, and audits.

2. Billing & Revenue Management  Oversee project billing and revenue recognition.  Monitor client billing, certification, and collection processes.

3. Audit & Internal Controls  Oversee/Assist internal audits and ensure strong financial controls.  Coordinate with external auditors for smooth audit completion.

4. Purchase Audit -Handle service sector subcontracting purchase bill processing, including PO verification and bill checking. -Review and process subcontractor service bills by verifying purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation

5. Financial Reporting & MIS  Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.



 Provide insights on project-wise financial performance.  Fund flow analysis & Management

6. Banking & Reconciliation  Handle banking operations and ensure timely reconciliation.  Monitor cash flow and working capital.  Submission & NSDD/QIS/Half yearly/Yearly statement to FIS as see

7. Year-End Finalization  Lead financial closing and finalization of accounts.  Ensure readiness for external audit.

8. Project-wise P&L; Management  Analyze project-wise profitability.  Support management with cost control strategies.

9. Team Management  Supervise and guide the accounts team.  Ensure coordination between HO and site teams.

10. Management Support  Provide financial insights to Management & CFO.  Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:  Solid knowledge of GST, Taxation & Statutory Compliance  Experience in construction/project accounting  Proficiency in Tally, Excel & accounting software (CPM preferred)  Strong analytical and leadership skills  Ability to handle multiple sites/accounts

Preferred - Construction & Infra structure or Real Estate

Preferred Qualification:  CA / Inter CA / M.Com / MBA Finance

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
