We are looking for an experienced Accountant who can independently manage the complete accounting function of the organization, including finalization of accounts, GST compliance, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling accounts up to audit and statutory filing requirements with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Experience
- B. Com
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Experience in retail or trading industry will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Maintain books of accounts and financial records
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Handle GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance
- Manage TDS deductions and return filing
- Conduct bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Finalize accounts and coordinate statutory and internal audits
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and tax regulations
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities
Required Skills
- Candidate should possess strong leadership and team management skills.
- Abitlity to manage and supervise the entire Accounts team, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the Accounts Department
- Strong expertise in GST filing and statutory compliance
- Experience in finalization of accounts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
