Network Expansion – Client Success Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Network Expansion – Client Success Executive to support our franchise growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying potential franchise partners, engaging prospective leads, communicating business opportunities, and driving the initial stages of the franchise acquisition process. This role offers excellent exposure to business development, client engagement, and network expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective franchise partners and introduce franchise business opportunities.

Effectively communicate the franchise model, investment opportunities, and business benefits.

Address initial enquiries professionally and build positive relationships with prospective partners.

Maintain accurate lead data, call records, follow-ups, and sales activities using Excel and CRM platforms.

Track the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with interested prospects.

Generate qualified leads to support franchise acquisition and business expansion objectives.





Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate prospect engagement and onboarding.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.

Skills & Competencies

Mandatory proficiency in Hindi.

Valuable verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic CRM tools.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in sales and business development.

Positive attitude with a professional and customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualification

Fresh graduates or candidates pursuing/completing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Prior exposure to telecalling, lead generation, customer engagement, sales, or business development will be an added advantage.
