Your Responsibilities:

✅ Contact and qualify leads

✅ Understand customer business requirements

✅ Recommend the right software solution

✅ Conduct online/offline software demonstrations

✅ Encourage customers to start a FREE Trial

✅ Follow up to ensure excellent pre-sales experience

✅ Coordinate customization requirements with the development team

✅ Prepare commercial proposals and quotations

✅ Discuss pricing, deliverables, and implementation

✅ Handle negotiations and close sales

✅ Maintain CRM, Google Sheets, and daily activity reports
