Job Description – HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions. The candidate should have excellent sourcing and screening skills and hands-on experience using multiple job portals and LinkedIn for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
- Perform daily calling on available candidate databases to generate relevant profiles.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with major job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Foundit, Apna, etc.
- Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn Recruitment (LinkedIn Recruiter/LinkedIn sourcing).
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Experience in screening and shortlisting candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
